The project comprises 20 double-storey residential units across blocks of three to four, with three units completed, four currently underway and 13 remaining — an ongoing contract we continue to deliver on.
Each unit requires a two-deck scaffold system: a first deck at first floor height to support brickwork, cladding, and painting, and a second deck set 1m below roof height providing fall protection for roofing, eaves, and painting works. Access to the scaffold is provided via a dedicated access tower.
Internal scaffolds have also been installed within the stairwell voids, serving as both void protection and access for trades working throughout the building.
